THREAT SIGNAL: Behind-The-Scenes Footage From 'A New Beginning' Video Shoot Available
May 22, 2008Canadian metallers THREAT SIGNAL teamed up with award-winning film director RT of 235 Films on April 10 for a video shoot for the song "A New Beginning". The track comes off the group's debut album, "Under Reprisal", which was released in North America on August 22, 2006 via Nuclear Blast Records.
Watch behind-the-scenes footage from the making of the "A New Beginning" video below.
THREAT SIGNAL recently uploaded a demo version of a new song, entitled "Beyond Recognition", on the group's MySpace page.
Drummer George Parfitt left THREAT SIGNAL last year in order to focus on his family life. He has since been replaced by Norm Killeen.
As BLABBERMOUTH.NET first reported on August 13, 2007, THREAT SIGNAL vocalist Jon Howard has joined forces with FEAR FACTORY members Christian Olde Wolbers (guitar) and Raymond Herrera (drums) in a new group called ARKAEA.
ARKAEA has just finished pre-production and is scheduled to enter the studio to begin recording its debut album. The CD promises to be as pummeling as anything the team of Olde Wolbers and Herrera has ever written.
Howard has been a part of the FEAR FACTORY family ever since Olde Wolbers served as producer for "Under Reprisal". Given that connection, the chemistry was there the instant the band started playing together.
The band's as-yet-untitled debut is due this fall on Koch Records. Touring activities are in the works in support of the record.
